A recent study found that drinking hydrogen-rich water for six months reduced oxidative stress and improved biomarkers of aging in older adults. Hydrogen water may help our bodies stay healthier and more resilient as we age. By reducing oxidative stress and inflammation, hydrogen water may help prevent or alleviate age-related diseases.
