How Hydrogen-Rich Water May Help Protect Lungs from Cigarette Smoke
A study in Japan found that mice who drank hydrogen-rich water were protected from lung damage caused by cigarette smoke. This could have big implications for people who smoke or are exposed to secondhand smoke. More research is needed, but this is a promising start.
