How Hydrogen May Help Reduce Heart Disease Risk
A 2012 study found that hydrogen may help reduce the risk of heart disease by decreasing the susceptibility of bad cholesterol to form in the arteries. The study used mice to test the effects of hydrogen on heart health and found promising results. More research is needed, but the study suggests that hydrogen may be a new way to prevent heart disease.
