Can Hydrogen Water Help Soothe Atopic Dermatitis Symptoms?
A 2013 study found that hydrogen water may help soothe symptoms of atopic dermatitis in mice. The antioxidant properties of hydrogen water reduced oxidative stress and inflammation, leading to improved skin health. While more research is needed, hydrogen water may be a useful complementary treatment for atopic dermatitis in humans.
