Hydrogen-Rich Water: A Potential Protector Against Chemotherapy Side Effects

Hydrogen-rich water may help protect the kidneys from damage caused by chemotherapy. A study in rats found that those that drank hydrogen-rich water had less kidney damage and better kidney function. This promising research could lead to a simple and safe way to reduce chemotherapy side effects.
