Hydrogen-rich water may help protect the kidneys from damage caused by chemotherapy. A study in Japan found that rats that drank hydrogen-rich water had less kidney damage than those that didn't. This could be a useful addition to treatment plans for people with cancer, and may also benefit overall health.
